• 我们收集的信息 我们根据合法、正当、必要的原则，仅收集实现产品功能所必要的信息，我们将主要使用收集的数据为您提供满意的服务， 并提高您的使用体验。若您选择不提供该类信息，则可能无法正常使用服务中的特定功能，但不影响您使用服务中的其他功能。

• 设备和技术信息的收集： 我们可能会收集您使用我们的应用程序所需的数据， 我们可以维护和分析应用程序的功能， 并对应用程序的内容进行设置，例如向您展示或推荐广告/推广信息结果。

• 常规个人信息收集：

在使用我们的服务时，我们可能会要求您向我们提供可用于联系或识别您的某些个人身份信息（"个人数据"），个人身份信息可能包括但不限于：手机号码 电子邮件地址

4.获取摄像头/相机权限：用于透明屏幕、特效相机、测距仪、本机详细信息、检测心率等功能需要，若您不使用此功能，应用不会申请该权限。

5.获取收集软件安装列表、位置、设备MAC地址信息：用于应用管理功能和向您展示或推荐广告/推广信息结果需要

6.获取应用安装列表：用于应用管理功能和广告投放、反作弊需要

7.获取电话权限：用于帐号注册和统计分析和广告投放需要

8.获取震动权限：用于振动器、变音器、金属探测器、计数器、屏幕滑动器等功能需要

9.获取位置权限：用于统计分析和广告请求需要

10.获取任务信息权限：用于统计分析和广告投放、反作弊需要

11.获取剪贴板信息：在您分享或接收被分享的信息、参加活动等情形下，我们需要访问您的剪切板、读取其中包含的必要信息（例如口令、链接），以实现跳转、分享、活动联动等功能，为了分析应用新增、激活、留存、性能等统计性指标，我们可能会调用剪切板对相关统计信息进行归因分析，请您放心，我们不会收集您的隐私信息

12.自启动和关联启动说明：为了更好的为您服务，我们会在以下场景使用自启动和关联启动服务，在未征得您同意的情况下，则不会有自启动或关联启动，如您想关掉自启动功能，您可以在设备的设置-应用-自启动管理中关闭自启动功能。 1.动态壁纸自启动，用于开机后自动恢复之前设置的动态壁纸。 2.更新下载App，用于监听新的应用安装包是否下载完成，以便于更新应用的版本。 3.当您打开本App内部下载的文件后，会关联启动第三方App。

1.当您通过移动设备访问服务时，我们可能会自动收集某些信息，包括但不限于您使用的移动设备类型，移动设备唯一ID，移动设备的IP地址，移动设备操作系统，您使用的移动互联网浏览器的类型，唯一的设备标识符和其他诊断数据（"使用数据"）。

Overview

蓝牙侠 (and referred to as "we", "our", "this app" below) is an online product provided by Shenzhen Gaoshanliushui Technology Co., Ltd.

• Information We Collect Following the principles of legality, fairness, and necessity, we only collect information essential for product functionality. We primarily use the collected data to provide you with satisfactory services and enhance your user experience. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to properly use specific features of the service, but it will not affect your use of other features.

• Collection of Device and Technical Information: We may collect data necessary for you to use our application. We maintain and analyze the application's functionality, and configure the application's content, such as displaying or recommending advertisements/promotional information to you.

  When you use 蓝牙侠 and related services, to ensure the normal operation of software and services, we collect certain information about your device, including IP address, country code, timezone session start/stop time; IDFVs, language; network status (wireless, etc.), browser plugin type and version; platform, SDK version, timestamp; technical device information (such as device model and name, operating system name and version, CPU information, storage size, screen size, firmware, application software API key identifier, push notification token, imei, imsi, idfa, mac, androidId), collected software installation list, location, device MAC address, Android ID, SD card data, sensor information, used to display or recommend advertisements/promotional information to you. Although this information (such as IDFV, IP address) may uniquely identify your device, this information does not personally identify you. Some legislation may process information that uniquely identifies your device as personal information. Please understand that this information is basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of products.

• Third-party SDKs collect your device information and location information when the product is in a silent state or running in the background, including phone serial number IMEI, IMSI, AndroidID, OAID, GAID, ICCID, MAC address, IP address, software installation list, WI-FI MAC, access to running processes, current running processes, sensor information, and the background collection behavior of third-party SDKs is beyond our control, and it will use read phone status and identity permissions and allow write external storage permissions. The acquisition and use of such information will follow the SDK's own privacy policy, but we will exercise reasonable supervision obligations. If a third-party SDK collects information more than 5 times per second when in a silent state or running in the background, we will coordinate with the third-party SDK as much as possible.

• Regular Personal Information Collection:

When using our services, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to: phone number, email address

2. Permission information acquisition explanation: Obtain storage permission, used to save application-created files locally.

3. Obtaining microphone/recording permission: For functions such as voice changer, decibel detection, etc. If you do not use this function, the application will not request this permission.

4. Obtaining camera permission: For transparent screen, special effects camera, rangefinder, device details, heart rate detection and other functions. If you do not use this function, the application will not request this permission.

5. Obtaining software installation list, location, device MAC address information: Used for application management functions and to display or recommend advertisements/promotional information to you

11. Obtaining clipboard information: In cases where you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we need to access your clipboard and read necessary information (such as passwords, links) to implement functions such as jumping, sharing, activity linkage, etc. For analyzing application additions, activations, retention, performance and other statistical indicators, we may call the clipboard to perform attribution analysis on relevant statistical information. Please rest assured, we will not collect your private information

12. Auto-start and associated startup instructions: To better serve you, we will use auto-start and associated startup services in the following scenarios. Without your consent, there will be no auto-start or associated startup. If you want to turn off the auto-start function, you can do so in your device's settings-application-auto-start management. 1. Dynamic wallpaper auto-start, used to automatically restore previously set dynamic wallpaper after boot. 2. Update download App, used to monitor whether the new application installation package is downloaded to facilitate application version updates. 3. When you open files downloaded within this App, it will launch associated third-party Apps.

Detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues.

1. When you access the service through a mobile device, we may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to the type of mobile device you use, the unique ID of the mobile device, the IP address of the mobile device, the mobile device's operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").

2. Data Security: We will take appropriate security protection measures to protect your personal information according to mature industry security standards.
